About

From the operations floor to the main stage.

Erick Truong

I didn't come to AI from a research lab. I came from operations, where systems either work or they don't, and people feel the difference. Twenty-five years of making complex things actually work is what I bring to AI strategy, to transformation, and to the stage.

Enterprise systems

On the operations floor

Warehouse, data centers, integrations, process improvement, business analysis. I rebuilt operations end to end at Kingpin Tattoo Supply and Nexus Brands Group. That's where I learned the discipline transformation really takes: small, deliberate changes, made consistently, that compound into a very different result.

NetSuite consulting

In the consulting room

Senior Consultant, then Solution Architect, then Senior Solution Architect. Today I run the AI transformation practice at a consulting firm, implementing AI that has saved companies six figures a year.

AI transformation

A repeatable method

Everything I'd learned became the MASTERS framework: a deliberate, step-by-step way to take a business from AI ambition to measurable, durable results, with governance designed in from the start.

Speaking

In front of the room

Keynotes, workshops, and executive sessions on what AI is really changing. I speak the way I consult: plainly, with examples from the work, and with something an audience can act on the next morning.

Impact & opportunity

The why

The point was never just better businesses. It's generational opportunity for families who've never had a fair start, which is the work behind changetree.org.

Strategist, transformation leader, speaker: the through-line is the same. I make ambitious things actually work, for businesses, for people, and for the families who need it most.

Reinvention

How I think about reinvention.

The same force that transforms a business can transform a life. After twenty-five years building the systems companies run on, I bet on a completely new chapter, and it became the most meaningful work of my career. Reinvention isn't luck. It's a decision you make, and then keep making.

Reinvention is a decision

You don't wait until you feel ready. You choose the next version of yourself and start moving toward it before you have every answer.

Small disciplines compound

Transformation isn't one dramatic leap. It's small, deliberate changes made consistently until, one day, you've become someone different.

Bet on your next chapter

Experience isn't something you age out of. It's the foundation you build the next thing on, and your best work can still be ahead of you.

Become who it needs

Every new chapter asks something of you the last one didn't. Growth is closing that gap on purpose: the mindset, habits, and skills your next chapter requires.

Where you start shouldn't decide where you finish. Reinvention is how you prove it, in your own life first.
