Privacy Policy

ericktruong.com, the Guardrails newsletter and the workshops and services offered under the Erick Truong name are operated by AGE Global Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”). We decide how the personal information described here is used. Questions go to erick@ericktruong.com.

We only collect what you give us or what's needed to run the site:

• Newsletter sign-up: your email address, which page or campaign you signed up from, and when.
• Readiness assessment: your answers are scored in your browser. If you enter your email to unlock your plan, we receive your email and your scores — an overall score and six dimension scores — but not your individual answers.
• Booking and enquiry form: the enquiry type, your name, email, organisation, event, preferred date and message.
• Instagram and TikTok messages: if you message us a keyword, we receive the profile details the platform shares and any email address you give us.
• Workshop purchases: your name, email, phone number if you choose to give it, what you bought and whether you attended. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store them.
• Workshop recordings: sessions may be recorded, as described in our Terms of Service.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

• This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and runs no tracking pixels.
• We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising.
• We don't buy email lists. Everyone we email signed up, asked to hear from us, or bought a workshop and didn't opt out.

The readiness assessment saves your progress in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it. That data stays on your device and isn't sent to us unless you submit your email. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

• To send the newsletter and the resources you asked for. Workshop buyers receive the Guardrails newsletter unless they opt out at checkout, and can unsubscribe at any time
• To reply to enquiries and arrange speaking, consulting or debriefs
• To run the workshops you buy, including replays and follow-up
• To tell you about related workshops and services, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Where scores or enquiry details are tied to your email, we use them to understand what would be useful to you — for example, which part of your organisation's readiness a follow-up should address.

We use service providers who process information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

• GoHighLevel — contact management and email
• Substack — newsletter publishing and delivery
• Netlify — website hosting and the booking form
• Stripe — payment processing
• Zoom — live workshops
• ManyChat — Instagram and TikTok message automation

Some of these providers, including our newsletter platform, may record whether an email was opened or a link clicked. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and a reasonable period after. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing erick@ericktruong.com.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. We'll honour requests where the law provides them, and we won't treat you differently for making one.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we'll reply within 30 days.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and choose providers that do the same. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee it. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

We're based in the United States, and our providers process information in the United States and elsewhere. By using the site, you understand your information may be processed outside your country.

Our site and services are for professionals and aren't intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact erick@ericktruong.com and we'll delete it.

We'll update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
