Terms of Service

ericktruong.com, the Guardrails newsletter, and the workshops, resources and services offered under the Erick Truong name are operated by AGE Global Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you agree on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

• Live online workshops and working sessions, including replays where your seat includes them
• Private debriefs connected to a workshop purchase
• Free resources, including the Guardrails newsletter, the AI readiness assessment and downloadable templates
• Consulting, advisory, private workshops and speaking, each delivered under a separate written agreement

Where a separate signed agreement covers a service, that agreement takes precedence over these terms for that service.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change, but the price you pay is the one shown when you complete your purchase. Early rates end at the date and time stated on the offer.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We don't receive or store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Your seat is for the person, or number of people, stated on your purchase. Please don't share joining links.
• Sessions may be recorded so replays can be provided. Your name, video and anything you type in public chat may appear in the recording. You can keep your camera off and use private chat if you prefer.
• We may reschedule a session for reasons such as illness or technical failure. The Refund Policy explains your options if we do.
• We may remove anyone who is disruptive, abusive or recording without permission, without a refund.

Workshop content, recordings, templates, the MASTERS framework, assessments and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

When you buy a seat, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use those materials for your own work and within your own organisation. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them, or use them to run workshops or training for others, without our written permission.

In workshops and debriefs you may share information about your organisation. We treat what you share in a private debrief as confidential and don't disclose it without your permission, except where the law requires. On request, we'll sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before a debrief.

Please don't share information you aren't permitted to disclose, such as personal data about others or material you owe a third party confidentiality over.

Our content covers AI strategy and governance. It's general guidance to help you make decisions — not legal, regulatory, compliance, financial, tax or security advice — and it doesn't create a professional relationship of that kind. For decisions with legal or regulatory consequences, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

We aim to make every session and resource genuinely useful, but results depend on your organisation, your decisions and circumstances outside our control. We don't guarantee any particular business, financial or operational outcome.

We use third-party services to run this site and deliver our work, including video conferencing, payment processing, email delivery and customer management. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for outages or changes on their side.

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the site, materials and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site, materials or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim, in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes don't apply retroactively to a purchase you've already made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
